Anyone ever used one of these MXL Abbey Road style pop shields? Harlan H is re-branding one for his v/o mic.

I'm wondering if these work? And secondly what about resonance? Given the trouble I've had with anglepoise mic arms ringing, I want to avoid anything that rings or colours my audio.
Currently we use a Pauly superscreen which works perfectly but takes up valuable script space. |

I looked into those a few months back.
I did find one reviewer that claimed he could hear give a metalic ring to some plosives.
so I stuck with the fabric pop filter.
But I never tried it personally. _________________ Company, villainous company, hath been the spoil of me...

If they could guarantee I'd sound as good as the Beatles I'd buy one. Until then I'm still trying to do it without protection.
