Had the same issue a few years back. It was Pat Fraley who had the answer. First, hydrate. Water at room temp gets into the system sooner. Next, get a spray bottle and fill it with water. Every few pages, a couple of sprays. Also, during breaks, a few small pieces of green apples. Those tips on avoiding dairy and coffee apply as well.

I like the spray bottle. I wonder if adding some cider vinegar to the water would be helpful or cause too much salivation. |

Yup, that helps, too. About a tablespoon in a glass of warm water before a session. Dr Braggs unpasterized cider vinegar works well with the bonus feature of getting a healthy hit of potassium. |

I have some of the Bragg stuff. From what I understand pure Apple Cider Vinegar is highly acidic and may damage your tooth enamel or even the soft tissue in your mouth and throat if not used properly (plenty of water dilution). You may want to research online yourself before using. _________________ jonahcummings |
