Well said indeed.
Books and rules are written as jumping off places (and to make money ), not to be followed blindly. Figure out what works for you, then do that. |

Great book, and the concepts are similar - "Lovemarks" presents the need for a personal image and makes Satchi & Satchi the source, Lovenotes presents the "how-to" in crafting a personal brand, trademark, or image on your own.
Lovenotes are personal, they cannot be crafted by someone else other than YOU. Others see how they can add hype to your brand, you need to see your Lovenotes as a truthful expression of how to present yourself to create a lasting, long-term realtionship with your clients and customers.
I got lucky on the title - but if it works - use it... Mine is narrow-casting at it's best... (specifically to the Personal Services industry and VO Artists as a group).

Thank you, do I need to put you on my author page?

I guess I should have written more precisely in my post... it should probably read:
"The internet is one tool in your arsenal which if used properly to identify your brand/image, will create an unfair advantage between you and your competition."
Very well said Anthony. This is something covered further in the book... I just didn't want to tell all my secrets on the VO-BB - yet!

So Frank, do we all get the VO-BB group discount when Lovenotes is published? Or at least first crack at it?
Sounds like a good read. |

Sure, I will let you know when it is published... or, for real fun - do not foget VOICE (VoiceOver International Creative Experience) in Las Vegas in March. (www.voice-international.com).
Not only will I be there helping you create your personal LoveNotes, but so will our wonderful VO-BB Lady and Leader, D.B Cooper, Connie Terrwilliger, Dave Courvousier (Courvo) as Master of Ceremonies, and Greg Best will also be presenting some fabulous information and fun in this four-day "experience".
However, seating is limited so book early. I cannot wait to meet all of you.
Toodles
