The Mojave 201 and Summit combo sounds like a possible winner. Good choice!

I just took a listen to the files. I like the sound of the 416 much more than the Heil in these examples. The Heil has a harshness and very unnatural sound to my ears (not that the 416 sounds natural either). I owned one briefly and noticed the same thing on my voice. I would definitely consider it a 'character' mic and far from neutral, and not good character, IMO.

I'd love to hear the Mojave Audio 201!
