(I had to find a way to make this VO related to justify posting it.)

As a rule I don't forward emails, but I thought many here would get a kick out of this which was sent to me by an ex co-worker at the studio, so I thought posting here would be a good substitute. This may be better appreciated by the more "seasoned" among us.

Far out man!

You should have issued a caution -- do not drink water while watching this vid. You'll probably choke yourself laughing!

That was beautiful! I have a book somewhere 'round here called "S'cuse me while I kiss this guy"....it's got pages and pages of misunderstood lyrics. My fav is "There's a bathroom on the right" (bad moon on the rise).

And, now bringing back an old favorite and having everybody chase me out with brooms and voodoo dolls:

Benny Lava

I showed this to a friend of mine and she said her husband speaks the language this is sung in (a native speaker) and he absolutely doesn't get the joke... although she does, and she's also a native speaker...

There is also a website by the same name that's been around for many years.

First couple of times I heard the Beach Boys "Good Vibrations" I thought they were singing "Goodbye Grashen" and I was wondering who Grashen was.

Of course I've always enjoyed "One Ton of Metal" aka "Guantanamera".

And of course "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" was supposed to be "In the Garden of Eden" but they were too under the influence to pronounce it clearly.

Also, I was interested to learn that what this thread has been about, sorta, is something some people call a mondegreen:

Good Night Gracie,
