My wife, Cinda, reminds me from time to time that my "noticer" isn't very good so maybe this has been place for many days now ... but just this evening my eyes caught the new moderator of the gear forum, Edo Peters!

Very cool, Edo. I think this is a super spiffy development.

Liz, Bob, thanks. You just can't say no to a request when the question comes from our beloved 'Geardre' who made this all happen in the first place. I've probably been here from the very start of the VO-BB and I feel right at home. I've been an 'oldschooler' for I started doing the analog studio thing when I was just 15 or something, and was very much into all the stuff the recording process requires. Be it aligning tape machines to fully equip today's DAW studios and helping out in the designing and building process from the acoustics department. So if anyone feels the need to start new topics that helps this community deal with our daily routines as far as the technical stuff is concerned, you are more than welcome. Anyway, no big changes here, Deebs was merely looking for an extra set of eyes watching her ever growing global hobby we do value so much. How could I refuse?

And no worries, I will always still find the time to annoy Dutch people... both with my invoices and my lack of manners Laugh

Bob, your "noticer" isn't the only one that didn't catch that.

Congrats Edo!

another non-noticer here. be sure to share that with cinda, bob, so she doesn't think you're all alone in the non-noticer world.

Oh no, my "noticer" isn't working either. Now what specialist do I have to see to get that fixed? Is it the usual..first time patients have to wait three months for a first appointment? The thoughts of three months with a broken noticer is more than I can deal with at midnight. Isn't there just an over-the-counter med I can take to fix it?

Oh BTW, congrats Edo!!!

You should make a mint on that one.

You'd make even more if you could create it in pill form.

I don't know Justin. I can't get my Pro Tools to run in pill form.

True, Bob, but most humans can't digest audio plugins. I can see a "noticer" pill becoming a much sought-after remedy for any male who has ever heard something like "Why don't you ever notice me?" from their spouse/girlfriend/companion/SO. Ninja
