On the one hand, I give credit to Voices.com for this. Depending on how it's played it might be the start of something interesting.

But the potential RoI is too low to justify. And considering the reputation that the pay-to-play sites have earned as a whole, this is a laughable experiment to me.

Folks also laughed at the Wright Brothers, so what do I know,,,

Still, I may have the funding, but I'm not willing to use it in place of more traditional methods which I am currently researching. If you're well vested in the industry, and 2K doesn't mean a lot to you (after all, it is tax deductible), then by all means go for it. Otherwise, you're better off putting the investment capital elsewhere within your business plan (or actually investing it in the more traditional sense).
