I narrated that video!!!
No I didn't, I am lying...
I have seen something like that years ago. It was more of a TV remote looking thing on a PC of a friend of mine waaaayyy back...'98 maybe...high end computer for the time, but the same principle, you could control the mouse pointer wirelessly with a receiver on top of the monitor.
