Sgt Sazytgktyw "So you see the victim was a Voice Over artist!"

Officer Maunella D'Cortez-La Gusto-Creme-Tortilla "Oh?"

Sgt Sazytgktyw "The clues are here D'Cortez-La Gusto-Creme-Tortilla, all you gots to do is look"

Officer Maunella D'Cortez-La Gusto-Creme-Tortilla "Oh!"

Sgt Sazytgktyw "Yep. He recorded his own murder but before he did he auditioned six killers before he found one with a gun that matched the compressor setting for his Chinese mic."

Enter street cop Officer Pat O'Stereotype

Officer Pat O'Stereotype "Well will ya be after looking a dat class o'ting. The lad that delivers me morning papers as dead as an Englishman in Belfast circa 1974."

Sgt Sazytgktyw "He had a paper route!"

Officer Maunella D'Cortez-La Gusto-Creme-Tortilla "Just checked his PC. Paper route figures. Guy was a Voice123 premium member"

This is why I have a lock on my Whisper Room.

So, when do we hear the second mic?

or

Are you kidding me? I'd take that M590-A1 over an MKH-416 any day!

Anthony,

You've got the shotgun right there. Defend yourself. Wink

too distorted at the end.

20 gauge? Sounded a bit weak from the chambering for a 12 (though Federal loads do seem to sound different to me).

Good stuff.

/next time, let's make it interesting... use a Class III UMP45s have a really nifty sound to me... slow on cyclic rate though.

That first mic sounded nice and industry standard. Then there was some sort of disturbance in the mic chain. Couldn't make out if was a Funkenwagnal AK47 or a PVC tube shotgun mic. It sounded both Dirty and Harry to me though. Maybe add some low end toward the middle highs. I did hear the mic hit your noise floor. The floor sounded nice and quiet though.....berber shag?

I may have to put up a mic shoot out tomorrow. More to come later.

Nah Ben, the mic sounded more vintage, like an old Smith carbon mic.

or was it a Wesson K-frame?

I hope you shot to kill. If you wound 'em it just makes 'em angry.

Ban T-Shirts and vests in the USA. The right to bare arms is an outdated concept.

Philip, there's a reason that people still refer to a well sculpted pair of bicepts as "guns"
