Hi. I've been lurking around the site for a few months, but can't remember if I ever introduced myself.

I've heard great things about the site. Just wanted to say hi and express my admiration of you folks and my infatuation with Deidre's Wonder Woman avatar.

Like some of you, I'm a recovering news reporter. I live in Wilson, NC (just east of Raleigh). Hiya.

I knows were Wilson is with out getting Raleigh involve in it at all. You’re due south from Rocky Mount. Now for you folks who like a Hardee’s burgers that is where they started, Rocky Mount that is.

Not too much good ever comes out of Raleigh, too many politicians there. Oh forgot the Hurricanes.

Really they should have left the capital where it was in New Bern. That’s the home of Pepsi.
