Got an email this morning saying thanks for joining VoicesPro.com and that I'm on there and I can list my agents etc. Its a UK based voice over portal.
Now while I am susceptible to forty-heimers and "terrible-twos-nearly-no neurons-now disease", I cannot for the life of me remember signing up for this service.
I checked the link and the first picture I see is Curvo. Well, then, it's likely legit and I guess I either plain forgot or in a drunken stooper of Oreos and milk, signed up and then passed out.
So I go to login with my email and password....and it doesn't work. And my name is spelled Peter O'connell. Well after 43 years of practice, I spell my name Peter O'Connell.
Could it be I was "added" rather than having "joined"?
I'm asking to see if anyone else joined it or like me...as I am coming to believe, was "added". _________________ - Peter

it's okay, Peter. We've all done things we shouldn't have after indulging in the Oreos!
Just glancing at it, there seems to be a few top-notch people listed with them, i.e. Connie. However, that might be news to Connie, too _________________ www.septembervoice.com

I got the same email and just deleted it.
I can tell you 100% I never joined. why? Because I made it a point early last year to NOT be part of ANY online casting system/site... period.
But now you got me thinking and I should check to see if they put me on there. |

I received the same email this am, and just put it aside to research later. I don't think I signed up for it either. _________________ Caryn Clark... The Hip Chick Voice!

same story here.
i can't remember signing up, though maybe they had a "free" version like v123 and voices.com and i just never went for their paid membership.
i did click the link they provided which would show me all the wonderful potential clients who had viewed my profile. empty. that does not entice me to go premium with them.
besides...they're in the UK. doesn't banksey have that territory all sewn up? _________________ rowell gormon

Hey, some people will take false representation over no representation... |
