My last customer service experience made me cry. I called my husband hysterical- he thought someone had died. When he found out it was just over a computer glitch- we nearly had our first trial separation...ok, not really- but he did laugh at me.

I recommend reading the "Shark Tank" articles in the back pages of ComputerWorld magazine. You'll soon realize that this lack of knowledge is more common than expected.

You said the Smaller the better which indicates physical size. If you were talking capacity, you should have said that. So asking if a 512 card was actually larger than a 256 is not an unreasonable question.
