Might wanna use caution on these...this is like using Google Images to find "free" pictures to use.

The results on these searches point to other people's websites, and I assume they may or may not know that their sounds are being found.

I would think they'd be okay for quick auditions or demos, but if you're doing production for hire, it's probably best to go with one of the services that sells sfx for a reasonable cost, just to be sure you're not infringing on copyrights.

Just my $0.02.
