Since there was a recent post regarding Guru.com, I thought I would post and tell a bit about some successes.

I received an invitation from Guru.com today, and landed a nice little gig. Nearly a grand in total. This is a first from Guru, however I look for many more.

I have been using Guru for nearly a year for other things and finally put my name in the pool for Providers. I have noticed some gigs are beyond my scope and have not offered my services. The previously described gig was a command performance. I like them that way.

So Guru has it's good and bad, just like any other site where we may offer Voice Over services.

Frank,
That's great. Are you on the freebie or paid service at Guru? I am on the free plan, just to check it out, and it definitely has limited functionality at that level. No demo uploads, etc.
