Hey, A lot of people know me as the Christian guy over at V123.

Make that Mormon....

I don't do adult stuff, I won't even do alcohol or cigarette stuff.

I believe people have the right to post those leads and others have the right to do them. If we censor them, they will be lining up to censor us when we want to say something of importance.

Yeah, I agree with that sentiment.

Yes, there's a lot of unsavory stuff out there in the world in general...the internet is only a reflection of that, not the cause.

Kids being exposed to potentially bad things isn't the problem...that so many of them haven't been taught morality and the difference between right and wrong AND making good decisions when faced with bad stuff is much more of a problem.

I wouldn't want kids to hear that spot, but if it's played someplace where consenting adults are listening to it, I don't see the problem (although like George, I have no personal interest in recording stuff like that).

I do understand and respect what everyone is saying here. That what this place is for? It's a forum to convey our opinions in a safe and supportive enviornment, right? Which is why I brought it up. Like Bob Souer correctly points out, that Voice 123 has a feature you can mark whether or not you will receive "adult content" types of scripts. Voices has never sent out anything like this before in my memory.

As for me, I don't appreciate having to read through scripts like this in the first place. It felt so wrong to me. 'nuff said.

The only real important thing here is that the job poster broke Voice's rules by changing their copy after approval and their copy went against Voice's content rules.

Bobbin did the right thing to report it, now we can all move on. Smile
