It's kind of like posting your resume and cover letter you sent to a company. It's your cover and resume... |

Here is what the agreement says, Chris:
*TERMS: You cannot use this creative, which promotes a Google product, for any purpose other than your application to the Ad Creation Marketplace. These ads are for internal analysis purposes. By submitting your creative demo ad to Google, you grant Google an irrevocable license to use the ad for its own internal or marketing purposes;
provided, however, that Google will not use the ad you create for Google's marketing purposes unless you are accepted into the Ad Creation Marketplace. In addition, if your ad is used by Google for marketing purposes, we will contact and compensate you accordingly. _________________ Brian Haymond
