I got 1000 (one thousand) spam messages yesterday - up from an average of 30-35 a day. Thank goodness my ISP caught them all. Hope this isn't a new trend.

Do they give you a report on what spam they blocked for you on something? Just wondering how you knew if they were blocked at the ISP level.

I hate spam...I spend so much time trying to reduce it for my clients. Ugh.

Yes, I get a spam report every morning and generally go through it quickly as sometimes something ends up in there that's legitimate.

The company I work for gets about 70 million emails each day, incoming..
on average 90% of those emails are spam.. and they catch 99% of them.

It's freaking amazing!

Bobbin, welcome back from The Badger State! Did you know "the Wisconsin Department of Tourism invites you and your family to come out and play! Start planning your trip today at travelwisconsin.com"
Just a little billboard I did this morning. The gravel is palpable!

Wow... I thought it was just me. One email got 1000 and another 750. Today back to "normal" with 30 or so. My ISP spam settings squashed them all as well... THANK YOU LORD!

I'm getting quite a bit of spam in Chinese now on my gmail account which is only published here on the board:

灌電腦不求人
~微軟最新Windows VISTA 繁體中文頂級旗艦版+Office 2007 中文企業版 套餐

最新!Windows XP 2007 最新超強中文程式光碟DVD合輯 (5片裝DVD)套餐

不管你是電腦菜鳥.LONG DONG NI HOWMA建築師.3D動畫師.會計師.程式設計師.網路電腦工程師...或什麼師...只要有這通通就搞定!!

Anybody else? I can't read it, but I have a sneaking idea what it's about!

Thank goodness I don't get any of that crap!
I've got my spam filters set on "stun" at the server, so very little of the bad stuff reaches me.
