It just happened a few minutes ago. They called to say thanks for my subscription renewal and asked if I needed anything. Has anyone else gotten this call?

Well I just joined less than a month ago, but yeah, about 4 or 5 days after I joined, I got a thank you call and the same thing... "Let us know if you need any help."
Nice to be the recipient of some good ol' fashioned common courtesy, isn't it 
(Although I suppose that makes it not so common anymore)

I emailed about a technical problem yesterday and Freddie Molina called me back and resolved the issue almost immediately and gave me a 1 month's credit on my membership. Great customer service is always in style. Freddy- ROCKS!

I've made my subscription fee back many times over and I get a monthly retainer from a client I landed via Voice123. The call was both surprising and refreshing. Voice 123 has been very, very good to me!
