Fox has Jack Bauer tonight..............
NBC added Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger as the last presenter at the Golden Globes.
(can you say Schwarzenegger like DonLaFontaine?)
Action Hero night.

The rumor is that Chloe will kick Jack's butt and take over Special Ops on the last show of next season.

Don't feel bad Bob. I came in late to the whole 24 experience. Please let me WARN you. I rented Season 1 Disc 1 to see what all of the hoopla was. Maybe this would be an OK show... you know.

I have now PURCHASED Seasons 1, 2, & 3 (I'm 3 discs into Season 3). I WILL watch the rest of Season 3 AND all of 4 AND all of 5 before I start into season 6 which is being TIVO’d right now.

WARNING: This show is addictive! I can’t stop watching… I mustn’t stop watching… I… I gotta get back to Season 3… Jack is in Mexico and will most likely be killed when the Salazar’s find out why he is there…. Gotta run… bye.

Sorry, I can't wait 7 days between episodes. I wait until the season is out on DVD and we have 24 Festival over about 3 or 4 days. No commercials, no nuthin' to get in the way. An hour and a half past bedtime and we're trying to decide whether to stay up and watch one more episode. Now that's torture.

B
Been there. Done that. Now we TiVO 2-3 shows then hit them all at once. 2-3 more and so on. Less torturous.

I saw Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe) on Letterman the other night. She was a hoot. She is one daffy, funny woman in real life.

yeah she is... and a lot prettier than they make her out to be too.

My personal favorite story was from Kiefer Sutherland. He was vacationing in Colorado about two years back and the guy on the lift next to him leaned over and stated "I know who you are." Kiefer expected to have to sign an autograph or something (which he had no issues with, save for the lack of a pen). When they got to the top, the guy showed him a badge (DHS) and introduced him to the guy's family, then asked Sutherland to explain that what was on "24" was just make believe, and that the events on the show were not what those people do on a daily basis.

LOL!

Curtis's death scene was pathetic.

which begs the question...

What Would Jack Bauer Do?

The cool thing about the show is that they do the very thing that pisses you off the most in the name of saving the country yet again. Exasperating, yes. It's always for the greater good, of course.

Last night was kind of an old home week for me... We used to live in Granada Hills and my cousins lived in Newhall. Now, those places are obviously hives of terrorist activity! I should have known!

Had to bump it because I freakin' cracked up at this line:

"Send the call to audio forensics."

And it's not beyond reason to think we could somehow work that in to our LoveNotes!

So Gredenko is dead, minus an arm (ewwww!) and Audrey is back. I called it as soon as Jack's cell phone rang. When I see Audrey, I think of this joke:

A horse walks into a bar. Bartender looks up and says to the horse "What's with the long face?" (ba da cha!)
