I like it overall...my suggestions: consider tightening up the high school dropout PSA, lower the music just a tad on the opening cut, and make the 2nd to the last cut more conversational (where you're talking about the kitchen layout---sounds a little announcery)...to me though, the overall foundation, flow and delivery are solid.
