As part of a contingency plan for an upcoming remote project where there's a risk of higher-end gear becoming delayed or lost, I'd like to ask if it's actually possible to get what most clients would consider 'professional quality' results using an iPhone 16 with a Shure SM7db mic and whatever additional gear/peripherals you'd suggest to wring out whatever the potential is.
