This truly is wonderful, unique, and fun place for us to share with each other our difficulties, successes, ideas, critiques, and camaraderie. Thank you everyone who makes it so special and especially our dear Deirdre. Smile

One of the blessings I received this year was the discovery of the vo-bb. I have learned so much from the wonderfully talented and knowledgeable people on this board whose generosity and humor make it a pleasure to come back to this inexhaustable font of knowledge again and again.

Thank you all so much, and especially you DB for creating and maintaining this most excellent resource for all things VO.

May 2007 bring each and every one of us levels of success and prosperity beyond our wildest imaginings!

God Bless,

Joe

Being stuck out here in the VO-BB Japan branch office can get a little lonely at times. But I can always count on the head office crowd to keep me up to date on the world of VO in their part of the globe. And the occasional Skype chats with our leather clad leaderette are always a pleasure.

There is a real sense of community here that I've not found anywhere else on this large and largely impersonal internet. It is an addictive pleasure.

I truly hope that 2007 is a beautiful year for everyone here and I look forward to finally meeting some of you at Frank's Las Vegas extravaganza.

Maiku.

Thank you Maiku son. It is always a pleasure to hear from you and the "branch offices" around the world.

Let me know if I can do anything to make your stay in Las Vegas better. Our doors are always open for you and of course, the VO-BB members.

Just want you to know that like the VO-BB is a community, so is VOICE. It took a great team to put this 'experience' together.

Penny Abshire, James Alburger, Dave Courvosier, DB Cooper, Connie Terwillieger, Greg Allen, Doc Phillips, and so many more are the team that has worked wonders. I could not have created this event myself.

To you, and all the folks of the VO-BB - Thank you for a wonderful 2006.

Frank F

Yes what a great place. A window into the world of voice acting. While many people wake up and have coffee and read the news or watch the news on TV, I wake up and have my coffee as I take a look at what's happening in the real world at vo-bb.com.
My whole world would change if this weren't here and my whole world changed as a result of this board being here....to say I'm grateful for such a wonderful resource would be a horrible understatement.
Thanks to each and everyone of you.

Looking forward to another year of priceless chat, advice, and expertise in 2007 with all of you. I, too, believe one of my greatest fortunes this year was happening upon the VO-BB. True serendipity!

I agree with everyone else - this board has changed my life in more ways than one. First I get so much help and informaton here -and I met a great mentor/guru/friend in Bruce. I've gotten great help and friendship from Frank and Bill and Bob and Pavel and of course everyones friend and helper Diedre - plus everyone else who puts their two cents in and gives me a laugh when I need it and good information that most of the time I didn't even know I should be asking about or thinking about - Let's face it - you're all just AWESOME! I feel so blessed to have found you all and that I am lucky enough to be able to get all of this great knowledge from....well.....the Greats. Smile You know - it's always amazing to me that the people on this site are some of the most famous voices out there and you are all so down to earth and so willing to help out us newbies.....how could I not feel blessed in this situation?

Happy Holidays everyone - Goodness knows you deserve the best of everything. :)Tammy

'Coming up on a year with the VO-BB, now... a life-changing experience from the day of my first post. I kid not.

Despite an investment in equipment, a commitment of time and patience, and a lot of determination -- I NEVER could have lifted myself into this challenging career field by myself. Everyone needs a mentor for that....here, I found scores of them.

Who'd 'a' thunk they'd all turn into friends, too.

You just can hardly explain it unless you become a part of it. Give...and yes, take a little, too. In between, a relationship is fostered, a community grows, and we all get a little richer in our souls.

Thanks -- all of you who made a substantial deposit in my First Courvo Bank of VO.

I can only imagine what '07 has in store for us all!

This year, just recently I have re-learned the value of the VO-BB.

Without going into detail, I wish to thank all of you for being who you are, and more importantly for sharing your friendship with our community and family on this, the VO-BB.

Your support is amazing. Thank you.

May the New Year bring many more of the blessings each of you deserve. It warms my heart and soul to be able to have friends like all of you.

Toodles
