Yep. High quality producers are still paying high quality rates. Aim high with your personal quality and courtesy and you’ll be there.

shop local, think global.

last month, at every pub stop in england, scotland & ireland i asked for the local-ist local brew they had. each barman (or lady) was overjoyed to explain the lager, stout or ale in great detail. i didn't buy a lot of souvenirs - but i drank quite a few.
