38° and rainy.
Meh!
Yesterday was grand, to say the least.
Too much great food at Dieter's family home and hours and hours of video games. Either me on Final Fantasy XII or Guitar Boy on Guitar Hero 2. Younger Bear got Tony Hawk, Project 8, but wanted to finish some Grand Theft Auto 3 quest before he got into TH.
I got a plastic Hello Kitty bracelet from my Mom. How cool is that? _________________ DBCooperVO.com

Wonderful holiday....took 12 days off (still had 5 tv vo's come in last minute on the first 2) and gained 7lbs in 7 days.
Now I have to lose 15-20lbs in six weeks for an on-camera. Any Ideas?
Lots of great things happening to kick off the New Year.

WW is good and/or consider dropping all the "white food" or simple carbohydrates from your diet: sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes. Also, if you normally consume a lot of dairy products, consider cutting back while you're trying to lose. Concentrate on lean protein, vegetables, fruits and legumes in moderate quantities and you'll lose a bunch of water weight the first week and a fair amount of everything else over the next few weeks. Don't starve yourself. Your body may fight you back by making you extra hungry.
Add one or two walks around the neighborhood or a mall every day you can and you'll be on target I'll bet.

Lift a little weight.
Not power-lifting. Not plates 'o weight.
Just enough to build some extra muscle. It's a great fat burner. |

OK, so get this. I mentioned to my wife and kids in passing (about 6 weeks ago) that I would be interested in reading James Alburger's "The Art of Voice Acting".
My 2 daughters (ages 19 and 16) went online and bought it for me. I unwrapped it yesterday morning.
I have awesome kids. _________________ Dave "Christi" Felton

They still perform! I watched them a year and a half ago at the annual Dutch Arrow Classic Rock Festival, named after the radiostation. They always have a topnotch rockshow. This was the line-up in 2005:
Crosby, Stills & Nash, Dream Theater, Glenn Hughes, Kansas, Little River Band, Lou Gramm/ Foreigner, Meat Loaf, Styx, Survivor and
Thunder.
Last year I couldn't make the concert because of all that VO-ing, and this is what I missed, to name but a few:
Bintangs, Blackfoot, Clearwater, Deep Purple, Def Leppard, DIO, George Thorogood & The Destroyers, John Waite, Journey, Pavlov's Dog, Porcupine Tree, Queensr˙che, Ray Davies, Riverside, Roger Waters performing Dark Side of The Moon!, SQY, Status Quo, Ted Nugent, Uriah Heep, Whitesnake and Wishbone Ash.
The line-up for this summer's edition is not yet made public, but I'll be there once again for sure! |

I hosted a show with Kansas in 2000. Met the guys backstage and they appear to be about 80 years old. LOL
However, once I introduced them, they simply took off. And, they ROCKED! One of the best shows I'd ever seen. |
