Dear Client:
You can not call a project that's going on paid web or broadcast "non-exclusive" unless you are the ONLY COMPANY ON EARTH doing what you do. So if you sell clothing, or build houses, or grow broccoli your ads WILL BE EXCLUSIVE whether you or the talent like it or not - - because no other company that sells clothing, builds houses, or grows broccoli will hire the talent that does your ad.
Just because you say a project has "no exclusivity" doesn't make it so. _________________ DBCooperVO.com
