...preferably a voice talents' studio to be cost effective.

and download the list of affiliates. There are several people here who may be able to help you out. My Telos is no longer situated in Chicago, however (so don't call me!) and sadly, Jeff Winkless passed away this year, so his listing is also out of date. Harlan is a-ways out in the 'burbs, but he's got a great studio.

Of the actual studios listed, I can recommend Rich at NW Teleproductions -- super-nice guy -- and you can also look up Bosco Productions online (located downtown). They are nice folks and not overpriced.
