My Voice Production professor in college gave us this old chestnut:

"Amidst the mists and fiercest frosts,
With barest wrists, and stoutest boasts,
He thrusts his fists against the posts,
And still insists he sees the ghosts."

For some reason, by the time I get to the "against", I've involuntarily switched to a British accent.
