Well with that kind of technology the Ladies in our world can have all the "girls" they want. And for us guys... well, let your imagination go...

Hmm, inagine what I could do on an IM with video chat... I could look almost intimidating... add some hair...

There's a company here in NJ called Face 2 Face that does the same thing, though I don't think it's at the level of the company in that article. Amazing stuff!
