Bailey,

Where in the world did you get that pic... the location is about five blocks down the mountain from the house...

I love it!

Yes this is the right feel the VO-BB, at least I am familiar with this style.

All right already, indeed!

Yes, I like the comic book motif, and its accompanying font.

The way it's rendered here, it doesn't have that "it's 1995, look at my personal page!" feel.

Everyone else, however, needs to stop using it forever. Pronto. Wink

Snow?! It's 95 here today! Umm...I thought the calendar said "Autumn." As in falling leaves & crisp temps somewhere between sweltering & freezing?

Much as I loathe that this is free advertising of a sort, if you go to this link, you'll see the September Snowplow:

This Main Street view is usually there, but not today.

Oh, now that IS funny... I thought you had stopped by the house and didn't say HI!

In Bailey's picture (above) - on the left side bottom is a white Jeep, just behind that is a 2-story building with awnings on the upper level. Between those is a street and a set of stairs... Go Up those stairs two blocks and say "HI!" because there is Chateau Frank.

I guess I will have to find out when they take the pics and come out wave at y'all.

Frank,

There's a time stamp on the bottom right of the picture. The time of that shot would appear to have been 3:28 PM on March 12th.

(Oh, and here's a shot from about 3 miles north of my house.)

edited to add link and remove stupidity

That's cuz we're in the REAL West... home of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and - er- Sundance Film Festival. And it (the hat) hides my more and more folliclly challenged high point...

But I look Good in the hat... Rolls Eyes

Now, what was this thread about anyway?

Thank you Don.....We got blasted again yesterday. We went out to celbrate our anniversary yesterday afternoon, and by the time we got home...man it was bad. our final stretch to our house is about a mile of steep uphill winding dirt road. We almost got stuck midway up....couldn't keep the momentum going to get us through the snow going around a tight hairpin turn. We got stuck and I had to put it in neutral and let the car go back down about 20 yards or so to a more straight section and then practically floor it to make the wheels keep spinning to propel us up and through it. took us about a half hour to go that last mile to our house. Looking out the window this morning...looks like we got a total of about 7 inches yesterday. The snow from the day before didn't count because it all melted by the end of that day.
