Again, thanks for the well wishes all.
On the names.... 
My wife has really started to show in the last week or so. She's happy about it since, as she says, now people can tell she's pregnant and not just letting herself go.

Around month 6 with my twins I was in a grocery store and was wearing a University of Michigan Ballroom Dance Club sweatshirt. Someone called out gaily "Guess ya weren't dancing THAT night!!".
