VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

I woke up extry early this morning to get some voice work done. As my normal quiet space was unavailable (my wife was still asleep, so I couldn't use our closet), I came to my secondary spot - a closet right outside of my children's playroom, under the stairs.

About 5 minutes into the session, I hear the pitter patter of my 4 year old's feet coming down the stairs. She is awake about a half hour before she normally wakes up! I stop speaking until the noise stops, then resume.

Another 10 minutes of speaking (I was making a lot of mistakes...arrgh) I finish the recording and open the door to step out.

There, waiting to greet me is my beautiful 4 year old daughter with the sweetest smile you have ever seen, standing right outside the door as still and quiet as she can be. She had, as far as I can tell, stood there for the last 10 minutes of my session, patiently waiting for me to be done.

Just thought I'd share the story, it got my week started off right!

I told my wife later that morning: "Great, she's gonna go tell everyone in kindergarten that her daddy talks to himself in a closet"

My wife, always thinking, says: "As long as she tells them that her daddy makes money doing that"
