Looking good, Bish! Seems a shame to lose the great work surface, tho....
If reflection off that big, hard surface is an issue, have you considered carpeting it? Used to work in a studio that had done just that. Worked wonders. _________________ Don Brookshire

Yes, the desk is my biggest problem... ideally, I should replace with something smaller, but I do enjoy working at it... so George's comments regarding striking a good compromise between theory and practicality are probably going to play a part here in the next phases. As for carpet on the desk... I'm already planning to get some carpet tiles for the floor (most of it is covered by a large area rug, but there are "bald spots") ...
