It looks like I may be doing a 6 minute segment on a national cable TV show here in Canada about using audio on websites. (I know, I know....)
What I need is a number of examples of websites that use audio well and a number of examples that make you want to close your browser.
Anything you can come up with will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. _________________ Elaine

I'm going to be changing mine to no audio, but apparently, mine will make you want to close your browser....hahahahaha _________________ TG2

WARNING!!! This one is nasty (not profane, but hard to leave). When you click, a little talking man pops up advertising his product. When you try to leave you get a couple of pop ups begging you to stay. The whole site is annoying:

Here's a much more benign one. Radio station with advertising on the home page:

Elaine,
As has been noted here many times previously, Banksey's site is a paragon of how to use audio well on a site.
In case you need a reminder it's:

Brian, thanks.
And Bob, Banksey's site is at the top of my list of the goodies. _________________ Elaine

Elaine-
Well its not an opening page but I just set up a little Flash Sound Board.
I think it's kind of cool!
Take a look, it IS NOT VO RELATED!
It has to do with Adoption.
Enjoy,
Jeff S.

Elaine,
Another site that does a great job of using audio is Dave Christi's "Audio and Shtuff" audio blog.
You'll find it here:

Though it may not be quite what you're looking for. _________________ Be well,
