Woo hoo! I just did some schedule re-arranging and I can attend for about an hour and a half (should be enough time to split a bottle of wine with somebody...). The show I'm going to is literally around the corner from the bar. so as long as I'm at the theater by 7:45 I'll be good. It'll let out around 10:30, so I may be able to pick up where I left off with any stragglers. _________________ Dale G. Leopold

Sorry i've been a bit out of pocket this week. Been a little crazy 'round here.
Ok, so if I counted correctly, there will be 6 of us for dinner at the TriTip Grill on Friday night? I will call to make a reservation today. Hopefully it's not too late. I'll make it for 7 pm. Will post back here to confirm later today.
As for Saturday, I'll be with Ex and Kara, so my guess is we'll end up in the city in the afternoon to kick around and meet w people. Let us know if anyone wants to do anything.... Perhaps we can meet up w the UK Klan once they're done re-enacting "king kong".
And as for Saturday night after the event... We should probably plan a spot to carry on the party. Any ideas? All my favorite old haunts are long gone. I do like the Merc Bar in SoHo, but that's a bit out of the way of Tines Square. The W Hotel bar in times square used to be a hoppin' joint, but a bit touristy and crowded. I prefer the one on Union Square... But again, that's not close to times square. My guess is well have to walk west tp 9 th or 10 th and find a pub. Anyone have any ideas?? _________________ Caryn Clark... The Hip Chick Voice!

Is there going to be a pre-mixer VO-BB gathering like last year? Perhaps one of the NY area locals could just pick a time and place and post it, rather than everyone having to call each other's cell phones. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

Hello!
Tri Tip Grill does not take reservations. So, we'll just all have to show up there and be seated, ok?
Let's meet just before 7.
Call me at 239-634-5039 with any questions, concerns, etc. Looking forward to seeing you all! _________________ Caryn Clark... The Hip Chick Voice!

For Saturday pre-party Liz and I vote for Mustang Harrys - good local place - big enough for a large crowd and we won't get thrown out - maybe

Sounds good to me Melissa. I'll be at 8th and 39th so it's not far. If anyone needs (or wants ) to contact me, preferred method is via text message. Again my cell number is 416 948-0493. Won't have easy access to email- just when I'm at the hotel.
Looking forward to seeing every one. Now I have to go finish packing. _________________ Elaine

Well guys, due to a family tragedy I had to cancel my trip to NY. I will be with you in spirit and can't wait to see the pictures.
And if you have a spare moment- please say a prayer (or whatever it is you do to send positivity into the universe) for my sister and my brother. We lost my niece Willow Estelle yesterday. She was set to enter our lives January 15th. Now she will play among the angels...where she will fit right in. _________________ Threadjackers local 420
