Jeff said that he sits as opposed to what most people do which is slouch. If you sit properly you are able to perform effectively unless it's a peice to camera in which the director requires you to run for a Bus. |

I'm a sitter- too many years in radio formed and cemented my comfort level of sitting behind a mic- and Philip is spot on per usual. Slouching is the death of breath control. On rare occasions I will actually stand for a spot or short narration to give it more oomph, or panache....but mostly it's me, the mic and my uber nice executive swivel chair.

i have 40 pages to do today - which will take a good part of the day - a couple of hours here - take a break - a couple of hours there, etc ... that is IF i get my primary audio computer working this morning. (please see gear section)
