Well thank you all for such a warm welcome!

I guess you can tell I have been working my FaffContinuum, and have checked off another thing on the list!

There was so much great information flying around and I took so many notes that it has been a bit of a challenge to stay focused and on task.

So now on with the show! Hope everyone has a great productive day!

I have an interview with a new agent today to see if they want to take me on. Why am I nervous? hahah!

Dan, I don't know why I was nervous about the meeting. I guess it was the mention of a small go to list, the weight of the client list... Microsoft, Apple, Starbucks, REI, Nordstroms (Sp? Don't shop much!) and the list went on and on with Fortune 500 companies.
The kicker was this statement after I told her some of my history and what I have been working on these days...
"Why would you sign with us, you have a ton of connections in the industry, and we have recognized your voice on a number of campaigns."
My reply was this... "Well, Margo, I am really tired of working so hard to get gigs, and am ready to have you do the leg work." Then her phone took a dive! hahah
I should know tomorrow if I made the cut.

Mel, that is the one thing that I miss about being on this side of the console. I really miss working with great talent. The process sure has changed for me.
