Actually had to walk away from the script for a smidge to give my tongue a rest before attacking this line again"

Yesterday the tripper for me was "from the seventh level". Almost had to splice different takes to get a clean one around that critter. _________________ Justin S. Barrett

Yesterday, my trouble came from the work "linen" which only appeared 27 million times in the eLearning project I was recording. _________________ Be well,

Yes, but I bet attempt #27,000,001 was on the money!
My most recent CST was "he was stunned..." for some reason I couldn't get those two s's separated. _________________ Charter Member: Threadjackers Local 420 |

CC, trying to separate those 2 esses mighta been the problem. You wouldn't separate them in normal speech.
My CST this morning was "banquet facilities". Kept coming out banquent. Gah. |

True, but I was mindful of sounding too hissy on the mic. It kept coming out hewasstunned.... so it was three words... I finally got it sounding more "natural"...
finally... _________________ Charter Member: Threadjackers Local 420 |

This was only a CST because it was hard to stop laughing at this line in an audition I just read: "It was the biggest web-based product launch in funeral history." _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

Yup. It took me three tries to get Moe's CST out without sounding like a schoolmarm on spelling test day. _________________ Charter Member: Threadjackers Local 420 |

Dave,
Wow! I don't dare try to say that one out loud. My tongue might never recover. And welcome to the VO-BB! _________________ Be well,
