So yes, you can do multichannel mixing, not mulitracking.

So yes, you can do multichannel mixing, not mulitracking.


You can also use it to mix 2 stereo tracks together. or you can highlight one channel of a stereo track and mix it with a mono track.

Also, as with Audition, SoundForge lets you create your own keyboard shortcuts... so for the aforementioned Volume process I set mine up to be Alt+V... huge time-saver for me.
