Hey All!
Since December I have been beta-testing, using & troubleshooting a great pice of software called Word2Wav.
I know Connie has been using it too!
If you're interested in it, I just wrote a review of it on my blog:
Software Review of Word2Wav by Liz!
Enjoy!

Liz,
Thank you for the link to your blog. And Word-2-Wav looks very interesting. _________________ Be well,

Hi Liz,
Thanks for posting this review. I've saved it to my faves, because --all being well -- I'll be needing something like this in the very near future!
you're a star!

Works very well - I really love the idea of being able to insert any number of alternate takes - and export an as-recorded copy of the script. Oh, and having back up takes is great too - although on a recent project (thousands of individual words) many of the back up takes were just squeeks or a cough.
And Herve does have a lovely French accent... _________________ Playing for a living...

That he does!
What's really funny is that at first we emailed in English, and then when I was on the phone with him A LOT throughout December, and he realised I spoke French, most of our conversations switched to French...it was strange at first to talk-tech & software development in French!
He's from Lyon originally, but went to school in Texas and stayed.
He speaks English fluently, BTW!
