Pam, the description of your issue made my head hurt, and I hope it is now resolved... I also had the buffer issue and other errors along the journey. The Digi users conference is pretty good, as is typing the language of the error message into google and seeing what comes up in a search, which is faster.
I've deleted the digidesign databases on both my C: drive and my external drive at times to get rid of some buffer and other errors too.
I also defrag about every two weeks. I think it helps keep my machine running optimally. _________________ Bobbin Beam
