Invoicing software

Post by Moosevoice »

I THINK this was started on the Old version of this site so apologies if this is redundant...

Which invoicing software are you using?

I've been with Wave for a few years and like it but it started out as free, then with real functionality it went up to $170 (annual) and now I'm abiut to renew for $190.

I see where this is going.

I'm willing to pay a fair price for good invoicing software but I'm getting tired of price hikes [AND NOT JUST ON INVOICING SOFTWARE!]

Whatcha using? Why do you like it? How's the price?

Thanks

It's funny, I've been using and loving Freshbooks, but the prices do keep increasing—which had me considering Wave... but of course, the grass is always greener on the other side, isn't it.

It's all to be expected though; we used to live in a world where software ran on our computers. We now rent it, and in exchange we get things like reliable data backups (without having to think about it) integration into other tools we use (e.g. CRMs) ... and other such niceties.

All I can say is this: I love invoicing with Freshbooks. If I had to do this stuff by hand through a word document or something, shoot me.

Thanks Mike. I was looking into Freshbooks. I was a little confused by their pricing.

Monthly Premium level is $7/month but the annual version is $580ish.

The math ain't mathing here or am I missing something?
