You mean like a "base fee"?

This little forum was throwing a "resource limit" error for a few days.
I don't know if everyone got it, and I apologize for any worries.

Hey Kids--
I have allowed the fora CHAT, GEAR, R&D, and EVENTS to be visible to guests.
I've hidden CRITIQUE from the public.
I have re-introduced the ENTRE NOUS forum. Invisible the guests and bots but subject to copy-and-paste... but man, I don't want nefarious copy-pasters in this group at all ...
