I watched the 'live' launch yesterday morning. It's SUCH a cool concept! I'm glad someone thought of it- because I am enjoying checking in every day! _________________ Threadjackers local 420

I'm in LA right now. I should go visit the sets in Burbank where the original landing was created. _________________ Jeff

I do so remember being riveted to the TV for all of those moon launches and explorations at all hours of the day and night. Few things have brought us together as a nation (and a world) as watching man's achievement in awe and wonder.
And have you seen the latest photos from there? We've got a satellite circling the moon to pick out future landing sites and they've taken pictures of the previous landing sites and you can even see the footpaths of where our astronauts walked.
Now if they can find the golf balls that Alan Shepard smacked up there I'll be truly amazed even more. He used a 6 iron by the way*...a good choice.

I remember that night, perfectly. It was clear as a bell. I was in Wisconsin viewing it on TV and then went outside and looked at the moon. An unforgettable moment, captured in time. _________________ Bobbin Beam
