VO-BB - 19 YEARS OLD!

I hate to be a grinch, but the snow effect here on the board is making my Mac a bit dispepsic. The hard drive speeds up and down two or three times a minute, lots of the HTML printing is badly smudged until you wipe it with a cursor. I'm sure this isn't dangerous, but I've had the "smudgy" effect on many websites I visit ever since we did the VO-BB Christmas theme last year, and I can't make it go away. Sorry, just being a grump.

Maybe we could go to a Valentine's Day theme. Or in the true spirit of Costco, go for an Easter theme now.

I ventured out shopping with the family...had back surgery 2 weeks ago, so it was indeed an adventure...but went to BJs Wholesale Club yesterday. Darned if I didn't walk in there and see Valentine's Day cards on the shelf. These retailers get more brave every year!!

Back surgery? I get to do that next week. I'm having a radio frequency rizotomy. (they're killing some of the nerves in my lower back.) Glad to hear that you are up and around in 2 weeks Jeff. Hope it works out for you and you are out of pain.

Boy, am I glad you made that comment, Bruce. I thought my new iMac was started to go south. But I soon reealized it was only on the VO-BB site. I can live with it as long as I know it's not the result of a hardware problem.

Besides, I'll take virtual snow before the real stuff. It's much easier to clean off.

I had a L4/5 laminectomy with a discectomy. Was up walking around the afternoon of my operation, went home the afternoon after. Had bad spasms when I got home, slept in a chair for a week. Feel relatively good now, back to work next weekend (Im a Physician Assistant in another life)

Good Luck next week, much less invasive for you. You'll do great, I am sure

I rather like the snow theme, as it's the next best thing to the real flakes, falling everywhere but Utah and Maine (and Arizona), apparently.
And I won't get into the Mac v. PC thing as related to this...
