I'm on the Beta list but also wondering and looking forward to when this will be available for 3.9 licensees to download and upgrade. IF it accomplishes similar performance to SC Pro, with simplified features, that would be great. And considering 3.9 has been in use for quite some time, I can only expect that advances in computer tech will be realized in SC4. They say they'll be contacting in a few weeks to initiate Beta test usage. Will update as things progress.
