Anyone know of some software that is feared towards (at least friendly to) doing ADR?
I have a German video I need to do English for.

Possibly not the answer you're looking for due to the cost of entry, but Nuendo by Steinberg is designed exactly for that.

If you just want to watch the video and record an alternate audio track, Adobe Audition can do that.

Turns out the program I use, Reaper, has video capabilities and people have done ADR with it. Gonna give that a go first.
