VO-BB - 19 YEARS OLD!

Hi Everyone, my self-hosted WordPress website lanceblairvo.com was running slow and I poked around and found out that the theme didn't have very good support. Its page builder a Hobo Tounge

was out of date since November 2019!

So I went with a new, faster theme. It seems to be about 50% quicker but still isn't lightning fast. I'd appreciate it if you gave it a look and a critique. Thanks in advance.

And yes, the blog is active. I still blog!

Hi Lance - I just gave your new site a test run; there's a lag time of about 3-4 seconds, nothing major. Your new WP site looks fantastic! Smile

Thanks Bruce and Todd, good to know. Glad you like it.

It's the Astra Theme for anyone wondering. They have great templates for it but I have it built with the simple block setup I made.

Found a lag contributor! Tools were telling me that Vimeo was causing a lag but I didn't believe it. So I now removed the one Vimeo video from my home page carousel and that sped it up about 25%!
