Let’s don’t get sued!
There are some bad characters out there, and you may want to warn the world, however, we cannot have anything on this board that names specific people or companies with warnings like DON'T WORK FOR THESE GUYS , He’s a DEADBEAT, or I TOOK THIS BASTARD TO COURT or anything similar.
FACTS are OK. Harsh opinions that are hard to prove, i.e. SLANDER, is not.
"XYZ Corp has taken 180 days to pay to me." This is OK.
Also, make sure you have exhausted every avenue of contact before posting an I-can't-reach-these-guys notice here.
"Palaroncini Productions is offline and not answering calls or e-mail"
is OK, but be able to show how you know.
If you have a particularly BAD experience you'd like to share/warn people about, it is perfectly fine and helpful to the community at large to post something along the lines of "I had an interesting experience with Dave Schulmeyer of Yadda Productions recently. if you have any questions please email me."
All specific personal complaints must be kept private and off the board.
If you want further reason for this policy, look HERE
