Caryn,

I think this time of year it might be wise to schedule it somewhere closer to you. Less likely to be weather challenges. I'm so glad I was there and just wish it could have lasted about 5 times longer (and been at least 5 times quieter) so I could have had a change to chat with everyone.

Its been almost a week and all I can still see are flashbulbs.

Gosh darn paparazzi!!!!

It made me sure that I never want to be famous.

There's never ever been any chance of it, but now I'm confirming it.

We're thinking of the Fall Foliage Camp Cooper Extravaganza next year.
It was Dieter's idea.

I have a barn big enough to have a wedding reception in. I think it can hold a VO party.

Deirdre,

That is a winner of a suggestion from your hubby! I'll be there even if I have to walk.

You know, it's funny you should mention it. My husband and I were just watching a show on lighthouses this morning. He loves the sea, and always talks about wanting to live in/manage a lighthouse someday (among his other million and one dreams). So this morning I decided we really need to make a trip up to Maine to see lighthouses... and now you suggest this! How perfect would that be???

So, in short, yes, we would make every effort to come!

Good idea... and it would be fun to get back to NE in the autumn. I missed those fall colors this year!
