Pat (not sure how often you're checking here). Thanks for the link. Great stuff! I noticed on the site that you're sold out for next Sat. Do you have a "wait list" (silly question, perhaps, but I have to ask....) Man, I'm bummed.

Half of me wishes I could go to this. The other half would be scared sh*tless about being in that room with those 11 other people and feeling like I so don't belong there.

Lou,

If you want to be there badly enough to make the effort to go and improve yourself, then you belong there.

Lou, the first Pat Fraley workshop I attended was about dialects and Vanessa Marshall was sitting right next to me.

HOLY CRIPES!!! The voice of Olga Gurlukovich from Metal Gear Solid 2!

It was a great day. The pros help out the folks who are new and in the process are reminded of stuff they need to practice.

My first Fraley workshop had some of the top talent in Chicago and I was scared sh*tless to be in the same room...in fact I didn't volunteer to work all morning long and finally got up the nerve in the afternoon. Agree on the pros helping the noobs. I just did Pat's dialect workshop yesterday and again, all top Chicago talent, including the voice of the Pillsbury Dough Boy, JoBe Cerny, and it was an awesome workshop. I'm a big believer it playing with those better than me, how else can I get better?! Pat is one of the most generous teachers I've ever encountered and he is a good teacher, really knowing how to explain something so you can understand and use what he is teaching. I would highly recommend taking any class you can take with him. It will pay off in spades.
